They say, 'I love you,' and everybody goes, 'Oh my God! It must be serious. It must be heavy.' It's like, 'Eh... it's easy to say that.' The Beatles - Something? Praised by Sinatra as the greatest of love songs? Beach Boys - God Only Knows?
Something is indeed the greatest love song.
The most underrated Beatle of all time. Mr. Harrison. Super great song. But I wouldn't call this song a valentines song.
I'm not seeing Anal Cunt's 'Van full of retards' anywhere on this list.... Although, I am single, so maybe I'm not getting this right.
I've always took "More Than Words" as a bit of an angsty ballad. An anguished lover fed-up with his partner always crutching on "I Love You" as the fix-all, and he's backlashing. "What would you say if I took those words away?"
if you can play it on the Guitar as well as sing it for your lady, she'll be splooshing in no time!
    Should have been no 1.
Wooooo! W.A.S.P. rules. Fuck yes. Blackie is often overlooked in many of those best vocalist lists. This is coming from a huge Skid Row fan, (Sebastian Bach '89-'92 was better than everyone around at the time)...but Blackie Lawless '84-'87 could outsing anyone ever. Nobody sings with as much balls as that guy. The most all out, crazy, loud as fuck voice I ever had the chance to hear.
"If the sun refused to shine, I would still be loving you. Mountains crumble to the sea, There would still be you and me." Not on the list???
Apparition by Rx Bandits..F*ckin You Tonight by Biggie and 3 Libras by A Perfect Circle. All good tunes for when when you got company in the meat beatin' department.
