My name is Edina and I am an UK-based award-winning guitarist. I am also passionate about creating awesome guitar players!
I have been playing over 25 years and teaching privately for 15. In 2018 I became a registered guitar tutor certified by the University of West London (distinction). My proven and step-by-step teaching method first attracted attention on YouTube where my instructional videos accumulated 15 million views and subsequently my guitar courses have been taken by tens of thousands of people with consistent five star reviews. I am also a partner at Ultimate Guitar, a signature artist of MusicNotes, and endorsed by GuitarPro.
I believe anyone can learn to play guitar, regardless of age or perceived ability! If you think you do not have a sense of rhythm or you are too old to start, I guarantee you with the right step-by-step method and regular practice anything is achievable. I believe playing the guitar should be fun, but also challenging, so I designed the lessons in my courses in a way that each little bit builds in the previous to gradually improve your playing with fun exercises.
Besides teaching I am also an active musician, performing regularly with my award-winning guitar duo, De Fuego and as a solo guitarist. I play nationally and internationally, in festivals, clubs, weddings and private events. I have done over 1000 gigs in my life. I have been the resident guitarist of the Ritz London, and I have a repertoire of over 100 songs.
In my free time I love nature and hiking, going to the gym, growing organic food in my allotment and eating healthy, going out to concerts, and of course, playing the guitar :)
