Hi everyone!

About five to six years ago I was a lyrical machine, writing songs at a mad productive tempo (one every night). The lyrics were usually either about girls or about booze, and a lot of them were actually great songs.

Now, when I look at those old lyrics again, I compare them to what I'm writing now and I guess now is less productive but perhaps more meaningful...

How can I get that productivity back?

Push through it. Sorry, but I think writer's block is a myth. It's more like constipation. Sure, you might have to push out some serious bricks of crap, but you'll get the mail moving again a lot quicker if you sit down and give it hell.
