This feels like the other experiment thread. Not exactly though, because if it were, there'd be people who insist on posting pictures of people smoking.

I don't, have never, and will never smoke, so clearly I don't know what you guys are going through, but you guys have my absolute support because you're doing something good for yourself.

Here's an idea: I hate smokers. You can make a progress bar on a whiteboard titled "How Much Triface Likes Me", with the left end labeled "He'll Give You A Barium Enema and Feel Good About It", and the right end labeled "He Thinks You're Rad".
Been off cigs since April 2012. Feels great, although I did buy a black and mild for the 4th of July holiday and I occasionally buy e-cigs.

I took me 5 tries before I successfully quit smoking but I finally quit and I couldn't be any more happier with my decision. I was gonna write out a long paragraph on how I quit but **** it I'll give you the TL;DR version

1. I quit smoking weed
2. Started chewing the nicotine gum ( I used some off brand that I picked up at Wal-Mart)
3. Started chewing spearmint gum after chewing the nicotine gum to get rid of the nasty peppery taste the nicotine gum left behind
4. Sierra Mist
5. Cut myself down to one cup of coffee a day
