The obvious is that the first Tele has two humbuckers, the second has two single coils and the third has a single coil in the bridge and a humbucker in the neck position. With the humbuckers you are going to get a different, more chunky, sound than with the single coils.

A humbucker in the neck gives you the chunky rhythm (rhythm is often played in the neck position) and a cleaner lead tone when using the bridge single coil.

What type of pickup(s) you choose often depends upon your preferences.

Does this help at all?

other than the obvious (1 is HH, 1 is SH, 1 is SS)?

what specifically do you need to know about them? The reality is that those 3 guitars ultimately have fairly different pickup configurations.

If you wanna play alot of Hendrix, then i agree with Robbgnarly and just get a strat. If you're really set on a tele though i'd get the american special. The single coils will get you close to his tone.
