http://www.ebay.com/itm/Fender-Heartfield-Talon-I-Made-in-91-Japan-FujiGen-Minight-Blue-Rare-Kahler-/110974797078?pt=Guitar&hash=item19d69d0516

I looked online and there doesn't seem to be a lot of information about these guitars. I was looking at Ibanez and suddenly I see these weird guitars from Fender made at the same japanese plant and with very similar specs for less cash.

Anyone know anything about Heartfield guitars?

You got that backwards. Fender didn't make these, the same company that makes Japanese Fenders made these. Fender doesn't have a Japanese factory.
Actually, I go by Dave, but there are already too many Daves on this forum.

Fender japan is still part of fender although it is autonomous to a pretty big degree. i believe that the Heartfield guitars were actually made by Hosino which is related to ibanez.
