i've got a spice cabinet so full of shit, i don't even know. i just kind of smell it, judge it and throw it in.

but i like rosemary, tarragon and garlic (salt).

I really like ****ing love freshly ground black pepper. In my opinion, no other spice comes close to the amount of flavor that it can have.

Other than that, I'm not really sure. I've never had a lot of spices at my disposal, despite my wishes, so I don't have much experience.
