When all the knobs are on 10 the bridge pickup sounds half as loud as the neck and middle.
I tried screwing it closer but the difference is still there.
Anything else to try before I gotta try new wiring?

Stupid question, but did you try lowering the neck pickup? Or did you just raise the bridge?

Another stupid question - are either one of them aftermarket pickups? If so the output levels between them could be mismatched.

Could also be something wrong with the 3-way switch that's causing your output to drop when the bridge pickup is selected.

Did lower neck, but will lower more to see if anything changes.
They're just the stock pickups.

What could be wrong with the switch and how could I troubleshoot to figure out if it is?

Check the wiring to and around the switch, especially where the bridge pickup is connected. Make sure none of the wires are loose or broken. Also, make sure your bridge pickup is grounded and wiggle the wires of the pickup to make sure there are no internal breaks.

If everything looks good but you're still having problems there could be something wrong with the switch, or possibly the pickup itself. Switches are cheap ($15) and easy to replace if you know how to solder.

Is it a new guitar? If not, has this always been a problem or did it just start recently?

if you have a can compressed air, then blow air into the switch hole while flicking switch.

hopefully it's just dirt.
