Wow. I disagree with most, and actually think it looks sick. Has a retro 50's-60's vibe going.

I'd buy one!

Yea, kinda has a 50's hot rod, Billy Gibbons-esque vibe goin on.

The design and shape of it is pretty awesome. The only thing is the paint job makes it look rather weird.

If I were going that route, I'd go this route:

"People like the Les Paul, right?"
"Yes, sir!"
"And the Reverse Flying V was a huge success, right?"
"Well, uh, not qui-"
"Combine them."
"Sir, I-"

All things considered, I'd probably pick one up to try it, out of a curiosity of "well how bad can it really be?" more than anything. I'm not diggin' its looks, but it probably plays like a dream.

I saw in a couple of pictures that on Bucketheads Les Paul (only some pictures) that his neck pickup is painted in white. Can anyone explain to me why he would do this, and if there are any pros and cons.

The guy wears a KFC Bucket and a white mask during performances, and you're interested in the color of his pickup covers?
