I'm just looking for a fairly decent set up for recording Youtube video's and simple demo's.

I'm just a hobbyist guitarist looking to have a little fun recording demo's and covers.
I don't need the best of the best.

Right now I just plug my guitar directly into a Line 6 UX2 interface and use the digital amp effects in POD Farm, then use a simple program to edit the audio (usually Audacity, Adobe Premiere, or Garageband.

I would like to purchase some monitor speakers. (Probably some Yamaha HS50M's) My question is what will I need in order to hook those monitor speakers into my current set up.
You are going to need an interface that has stereo outputs that you can connect the monitors to.

That's about it. If you aren't going to be micing stuff, and you're just going to use that line 6 for the foreseeable future, then just get a cheap 2 or 1 channel interface like the Presonus Audiobox USB, or something comparable to that.

the UX2 should have stereo outputs, so all you would need is the monitors and the correct cables. plus a couple extra power outlets to plug the monitors into.
