It would honestly be more hassle than it's worth on a guitar that's already set-up for a Tune-O-Matic. You'd need to route for the Floyd, obviously, then shave the heel of the neck to give youself zero neck angle and allow the bridge to float flush with the body.

Indeed, doing so would cost more than that guitar. There are other Explorer-shape guitars with Floyds on the market.
