So lately I've decided to use earplugs for band practice since I've did some serious damage to one of my ears. I've been using these MOLDex Pura fit that has a NRR of 33 which is great but I'm not so sure on how they would be for live gigs.

I've been thinking of getting these for live shows but I'm not sure.

I need some that won't fall off when Headbanging too. My band plays metal so we get pretty ****ing loud.

So I need some advice on earplugs for live shows based on your experiences.

The Hearos foam earplugs are a lot like the first ones you listed, and they work just fine. They're also cheap, which is nice. They should work for what you want to do.

FatalGear41 knows the ways of the obscure. I hear it's just not with Gibsons. Beware, Halloween approaches...
