Actually, UG seems to be completely bigoted in both cases; the response to the first question was more along the lines of 'She can, but if she wears make-up then she's a slut'.

True, that is held by a few people, but it isn't quite as prevalent as the bigotry towards men wearing makeup. Since it's so common for women to wear it. So much so that you'll almost never see a woman without any makeup whatsoever, it's just used to hide imperfections, rather than actually look like makeup. I guess virtually every single women you'll see casually is a complete slut according to those people.

Every woman is a slut and every guy is an asshole prick.

I mean, it's one way of viewing the world.

It's the wrong way imo, but sure.

Foundation - if he did it properly and did it everyday then only people that know him already would notice. Even some of them may not even notice, particularly because they would not expect it. But when applied properly you should only notice makeup if you're really looking for it or it is not usual practice.

However, it is misleading somewhat. I prefer girls that wear minimal or no makeup on a daily basis and pull it out only once in a while. Nothing worse than falling for a mask.

My best friend did wear foundation once though. On his wedding day, he gets eczema and also goes very red when hot, nervous, or drunk. He wanted to ensure that his photos looked good so used foundation. Honestly you couldn't even tell.

If my friend were wearing foundation everyday I would talk to him about his self confidence and take him to do some things that would boost his ego. If he did it anyway then eventually I would probably not even notice it after a while.
Who gives a ****

How do you say "I'm okay" to an answering machine?

General opinion of UG regarding women wearing makeup: They can do whatever they want.

General opinion of UG regarding men wearing makeup: Lel what a fag.

cool double standard bro

but in this case the guy was a fag
No problem with it. I have some scarring left from when I had bad acne, so if I'm going out with a girl, sometimes I'll put on some blemish remover (don't know if there's a name for that) in red spots.
