Im just wondering how Kurts songwriting and riffs changed drastically from the two albums,
nearly all the songs in Bleach were drop D riffs and heavily distorted but in Nevermind it sounds like a completely different band

All albums sound different or have a different feel (at least they're supposed to). It's probably just that a lot of Melvins and Mudhoney influence really shined out on Bleach. Songwriting changes throughout a musician's career.

You just answered your own question.

Also bands that aren't mainstream as hell tend to release albums that sound different from one another. Not like it's that weird or anything.
I can't help wondering things like "What's Bob Dylan doing now? Is he at home, eating a big bowl of corn flakes just like I will, later on when I return back home?"
