Well my Starfire 7 string (very cheap) the floyd is not holding in place the string cause when I use the whammy opposite to diving (dont remember how is called) the 4 string snaps it doesn't break or anything just snaps. any suggestions to fix this little issue? changing the string locks?

^ Yep, it probably has a groove in it.

This happens to me sometimes on my older RG, back out the string lock screw until the string lock block can come out of the floyd, pop it back in on an unused side, tighten up & you should be back in business.

Yeah thought that was it but I wanted to be sure, cause the other blocks are doing what is supposed to .... thank you guys
