Ok, so first of all i bought this randall warhead head and it has 2 16ohms outputs(i think) and it is 300watts so i have trouble matching it with cabs. like lets say i buy a 4x12 16 ohms cab with a total of 240 watts it wouldn't be safe because the amp is 300 watts, so i need another 2x12(60 watts) cab to reach at least 300 watts right ?

You will do best to get a 300+ watt cab, But unless you are cranking the volume a 250ish watt cab will be fine. I highly doubt you are running that amp at even 1/2 way on the master. Krank dime 4x12's run $400 used and sound pretty good with Randall heads. But the Texas Heat was Dimebag's choice for a speaker.
