I find that the best position for my Son of Snark on my tele is at the front of the headstock, with the rubber pressing on the decal. Is there a lacquer protecting the decal? I am worried that I might rub the decal off eventually. Tnx!

what you'll notice first is the rubber from the snark reacting with the lacquer finish.

the decal isn't a concern for some time after that goes whompass.

Saran wrap. It'll also help keep more tone in, and keep it fresher longer.

For some reason I found this a lot funnier than what it should have been.
