Hello guys. Just picked this up a few days ago. Its an US made Charvel San Dimas Reissue from 2004/2005. Payed about 700USD and that is an awsome price where i live.

Its loaded with Seymoure Duncans Sh-4 and a SSL-3. Im not 100% sure if its a SSL-3 if someone knows please let me know

It also has locking tuners and one of the best necks i have ever played. This thing is a speed machine, but not too thin like a Wizard neck.

The build quality is just awsome. Tuning is stable as a rock.

Just an awsome rock machine

Nice Charvel FTW

I'm not sure about the SL3. The more recent charvels use the duncan stack models, but obviously that doesn't necessarily mean that your older one does.
I'm an idiot and I accidentally clicked the "Remove all subscriptions" button. If it seems like I'm ignoring you, I'm not, I'm just no longer subscribed to the thread. If you quote me or do the @user thing at me, hopefully it'll notify me through my notifications and I'll get back to you.

I'll have to put the Classic T models on my to-try list. Shame the finish options there are Anachronism Gold, Nuclear Waste and Aged Clown, because in principle the plaintop is right up my alley.

Presumably because the CCF (Combined Corksniffing Forces) of MLP and Gibson forums would rise up against them, plunging the land into war.

All i know that is possible to split it.

Are you sure it's a split and not a tap? Shouldn't be possible to split the SSL3, but according to the Duncan website there's a tapped version of the SSL3 available...

Do you notice a lot more hum in the lower output setting?
