It's been 10 years since Dime was taken from us way too early...

For me, Pantera and Dimebag were a gateway into the world of metal. In fact, I'm listening to CFH as I type this. He was an innovator with his own type of playing that is completely unique to him. My thoughts are with his friends and family, as they will surely miss him too

Pantera was very much my introduction to metal as well, so I'll always hold them (and Dimebag) dear to my heart. A good few years before I first heard Metallica, Maiden, Megadeth or other such bands I now love. 'Walk' was the song, but it's not my favourite.

I hope Vinnie Paul is able to have a good rockin' time even on this day.

Can't pick a single favorite so...

CFH- Domination
VDoP- By Demons Be Driven
FBD- Shedding Skin
Trendkill- Suicide Note Pt 1 & 2 (kinda cheating to use both songs, but whatever)
RTS- I'll Cast A Shadow

Bonus award goes to the song Avoid the Light on the Dracula 2000 s/t. I'd hoped the next Pantera album would go in that direction. Unfortunately...

What tuning is the art of shredding in? I play what I think is the right riffs in e standard. My Jackson Rhoads is tuned a whole step down and sounds better for Pantera songs but it feels weird playing in that tuning.

E standard down 50 cents. A tuner on the android market called G-strings allows you to change the Hz. I change it from 440 to 425 and it sounds similar.
Well, you can call me crazy
You can call me wrong, 'cause
