I'm gonna go with Vicious Circle by Abrasive Wheels.

The main riff and rhythm is very hard to play indeed.

Rejected by Rancid. I mean the bass line of course. Or maybe Detroit.
Also Toccata in Dm by The Toy Dolls can be tough to play (for the drummer and the guitarist. Bass part is not that difficult altough it needs very fast picking).

Really? I learned that song in three minutes. Thats suprising. I mean. It's hard to go back and forth like that so fast but I didn't think it was that hard.

Is Toccata that song that is also called "Beethoven Song"? I just got the tabs and I don´t think it is that hard, only if you try it faster than the Toy Dolls do...

I think the Bass-Solo in Axiom (Rancid) is really hard, it´s extremely fast, and on guitar maybe the songs, where the solos are improvised and do not follow a "rule" (Pentatonik etc.)

I don't know if it's referred to as "Beethoven Song" but Toccata in Dm was written by J.S. Bach. But i think we're talkin about the same song.
Yeah i forgot to mention Axiom before. The beginning of Not To Regret is pretty fast too...
And of course, for a band to play, one of the hardest punk song would have to be The Decline by NOFX. You have to have the stamina for that one

It's easy on paper, but I simply can't play the riff.

And neither can Abrasive Wheels by the sounds of Vicious Circle '04

Yeah. They don't deserve to play that song anymore.

That really pissed me off, because Abrasive Wheels are seen as a band that seemingly kept their integrity, yet in reality they sold out.

In fairness, that can be said about every punk band that changes label. But, hardest? i'm not sure, I might have to come back yo you on this.

To go with the guy above me, DEFINITELY DANCE DANCE BASS SOLO INTRO!

Back to reality, where Fall Out Boy takes donkey dick in the ass, I'd have to say that Anti-Flag's (more flames on the way...) 'The Press Corpse' is a tough one for bass. Really quick, and the verse is just tricky.

No, a lot of punk bands change labels and keep their integrity. Now, as for the bands that are on indie labels and jump onto major labels (like Anti-Flag), that's losing your integrity. But in the case of say Bad Brains jumping from ROIR to SST to whatever the hell they're on now, not really.

Dude, that song is pretty easy...

Purina Hall of Fame by Propagandhi is the hardest non-jazz song I think I've ever learned.

I think the guitar lines in McGruff The Crime Dog by Jello Biafra and the Melvins is some tough stuff.

Not really, AW completely altered their sound from an early hardcore outfit to a ****ty americanised d beat group.

Just so that all the punk kids would buy the new versions of their singles.

They also look extremely lame and cliched.

I find Clash songs hard to play, the timing is so weird and usual, and their guitars are out of tune sometimes so it's hard to tell which string is which.

Speaking of Bad Brains, I just got back from their show. It wasn't worth the money I paid, but it was "okay." The performance was pretty decent but the venue sucked ass. Worst place Ive ever been to. It was devided in 2 for 21+ and all ages, and the all ages side was so small, and speakers and photographers blocked the stage so you could hardly see. Some of the bouncers were complete assholes for no reason. Waste of my time and money. I'd post a thread or search for one to write more but I searched and the browser was failing to work, and I'm too lazy to make a thread.
