just an AC/DC rip-off

however, i have to admit that too much, too young, too fast is a fun song to play

And how much good rock and metal does Australia actually produce. Im just proud to say that im from the same state as a world class band.
AC/DC is the only one I can think of and they got boring after Bon died.

Is that a ukulele in your pants, or did you just rip ass to the tune of "Aloha Oi"?

I met Sonic Youth on June 30th, and Mars Volta on Oct 20th.

I honestly hate ACDC, *raises flamesheild*
Airbourne kicks so much ass though, i love them.

I don't really like AC/DC but I love Airbourne, it's weird. I admit they do sound like AC/DC but I don't think they are a rip-off. I should be seeing them on tour in November.
We ain't pushing the boundaries, we're blowing them up.
We ain't trying to expand the scene, we want the scene to erupt.

If you listen to both AC/DC and airbourne alot you notice they are quite a diffrent band just with the same sound imho.
i cant stand AC/DC but airbourne are ok personally i think they are a lot better than say wolfmother or jet.
Does it make anyone else laugh that most of the people who complain about crap music these days are the same people that say things like Airbourne are the same as ACDC?

They sound a bit like ACDC because thats one of thier main influences.
Airbourne have released the first in a series of videos documenting the recording of their upcoming third album, Black Dog Barking. The album will be available everywhere this May; in this clip, frontman Joel O'Keeffe walks around the building, describes the band's breakneck work schedule, and - in case you'd forgotten - reminds you what an ass-kicking guitar player he is. And he's not alone - his drummer brother, Ryan O'Keeffe, and the band's other guitarist, Dave Roads, are interviewed as well. Watch now!
