This has been a hot topic in Goa for the last three days or so but I had no idea that it went international. Hell, one of my talks about the issue even got published.

Goa's culture is eons away from the rest of India and we had a ball deriding this guy on every medium possible. Still, what are your opinions?

No, I judge people based on how similar they are to me.
The greater the similarity, the more of a total ****ing **** they are.

Just another example of sexist victim-blaming. Considering how regularly we're hearing about pretty horrific rapes in India recently, I can't say I'm surprised.

makes sense you're from the same place bruv

your attempt to piss me off failed miserably. I must clarify that he is a Goan minister. He isn't actually a Goan.

I think you haven't really met any Goan people. You'll mistake the place for a Portugal state if you ever come here. That's how different we are.

Tbh, it's because of the newer generation.

It's no secret that India has been backward in almost everything. Now, slowly, the press and youth are starting to use social media more and more to spread and discuss all these issue.

It's a cyclic thing between the social media and the press. The youth (And an increasing number of elders) speak about stories spread by the press and in turn, the press broadcasts these comments.

This may be normal for you guys but the trend has grown exponentially in the past year alone in India.

In my observation, these kind of rape cases have been taking place for years. The number of rapes on average has actually gone down. But these older cases weren't brought to the forefront like what you see today.

On playing the Paul Gilbert signature at the guitar store extensively, my missus sighed:
"Put it down now, It's like you love that guitar more than me!"
In Which I replied.
"Well it has got two F-Holes!"

I don't know why anyone would want to wear a bikini there. I felt nervous enough wearing shorts. Had a great time though
