Fried Bologna Sammich.

You take bologna, fry it in a pan, put mayo on a toasted peice of bread, some cheese, put the fried bologna all up on there, and enjoy.

I had left over grilled chicken in the fridge, so I took a bulky roll, put one slice of american on each side, put on the chicken, and then added a nice bit of BBQ sauce with a slice of onion. Put in the toaster oven for about 10 minutes and it was absolutely delish.

Let's see...

I'm loving Burritos at the moment. Something about minced beef and cheese that works for me. I always like a curry and creamy carbonara is always good.

Yeah, I love my food.

Micro-Toasted Ham and Cheese.

Toast an English muffin, put ham and cheddar on top, then microwave it.

It's pretty amazing. Also, throw some bacon in the sammich before you microwave it...

*heaven*

Chargrilled cornflakes

But seriously, all you need for awesome is bacon, a roll, a huge amount of butter, and a grill.
Crispy bacon on a roll. Nothing more awesome exists.

it's delicious but all too simple.

What you will need:

Frying Pan/Griddle
Spatula (pancake flipper kind)
Drinking Glass
Bread
Cheddar Cheese
Butter
Milk

To prepare:
Spread butter over two slices of bread. Take a nice slice of cheddar cheese and place between slices of bread, buttered sides facing out.

Take frying pan and place over range at high heat (a griddle works too). After frying pan/griddle is hot, turn temp down to medium/medium low and place cheese sandwich in the pan. Cook both sides as you desire (I like it golden, maybe a little bit of black), but make sure the cheese is nice and melted.

Remove sandwich from pan and pour a nice tall glass of milk, but the glass must be wide enough to allow dipping. Enjoy!

PS: It also goes wonderfully with some tomato soup!

chicken fajitas (kinda)

just take a couple chicken breasts season them up with tony's, salt, pepper and you can buy this fajita seasoning so use that too. then put them on the grill and while they are cooking, saute some onions and bell peppers (just cut em up and put them in a skillet with butter) once the chicken and veggies get done cut em into strips put it on tortilla shells and enjoy
