I'm a guitarist but I'm going to fill in for bass in a band. For a Rogue bass, is 60 bucks a good deal?

Eh, that's about half of the cost of a new one, and they're not TERRIBLE instruments...if you have no other options and/or have no intention of keeping up with bass then yeah, buy that.
