My dad bought an old beat up acoustic for himself, I'm posting this because he doesn't have a UG. It's a symmetrical body, but it has a nut on the neck for a lefty. How do you replace it with a righty? And when buying one, do you measure it and buy one in that measurement? Thanks.

You'd want to take it to a guitar tech. He'll do all the measuring/cutting of it.
Gear:
Agile Ash RB 828
Schecter C-7 (old 90s style headstock)
Handbuilt 6-string V
Handbuilt Baritone scale 6 string Iceman-copy

Thanks. I just checked, and it seems that the strings can be reversed, and they both fit. How is that?
