It's a Memphis I think. I always liked flying Vs, I just want to paint it, modd the controls and some other stuff. Its my first modd, so Im just hoping I'll get it cheap.
So what do you think, and what else should i do with it?

yeah go for it...
You will have to repaint it for sure
Also change all of the hardware and pickups, it looks pretty used etc, it could/ should be fun

doesn't look like a bad guitar to build on...
might want to look for fret wear, and see if the neck is a bolt-on or a set...

I have been thinking of putting in either seymour dncans or some bareknuckle pick-ups, and maybe stick in a killswitch somewhere. Some graphic art over it should be cool.
Also, seeing as I never use my tone control, is there anyway of taking out the pot and sticking in a killswitch? I've been wondering that for ages!!!

I'd pass. The pic of the gouges makes it look like it's plywood:



The $52.50 for shipping is probably where he's making money. There are better buys TBH.

I have a memphis bass now in pieces that's plywood I wouldn't recommend anyone buying one.

In the picture of the damaged horn you can see the layers of plywood.
