For the past year and a half, I have been pretty serious about doing electronics for a living. Taking a class in high school and all that and looking at colleges for it.

I've decided I don't want to do that anymore. It only ever frustrated with it and I'm horrible with math and troubleshooting. I can't do it anymore.

I'm completely confused now though. I'm in my senior year of high school and I feel kind of stressed to find what I want to go to college for. I want to do something with the business of music but I don't think there's enough job openings for it. I'm not all that worried about money as long as there's adventure to the career and if I LOVE it.

Please help me?

Well...I'm assuming you play guitar. Get some friends together and form a band.
Tonight, we stagger out from the basement...

I'm sick of not having the courage to be an absolute nobody.

I have one. We play some sort of bar every once in a while. Doesn't cover bills.

Just go to a college with a huge number of majors as undecided and look into the programs you think you would be interested in when you get there.

Relax. You're normal.

Most people don't settle on their major in college until their sophomore or even junior year. If you can go to a really big school with several diverse departments, definitely start there and get a good adviser who can help you figure out what you want to do. Get involved in the music department if that's where you want to go.

That really made me laugh when I did a Hank Hill voiceover.

"Walk downstairs, and your
mom will tell you Prof. Oak is looking for you. Explore the town, and you
will find out that Prof. Oak isn't around. Go North to leave the town, and
Prof. Oak will run up to you and bring you to his lab. Here you can choose
your first Pokemon. Your rival, Gary, will choose one that is stronger than
yours. As you try to leave, Gary will challenge you. Defeat him to raise
your Pokemon to Level 6. Now go to your house and upstairs. Withdraw the
Potion from the PC, and leave town."

There's really no real rush to figure out what you're going to spend the rest of your life doing. Enroll at a community college to get your core curriculum out of the way while you scavenge for some sort of an idea of what you would like to do. You'll save money this way too. Remember that there is also a life to be lived outside of the workplace as well, offering time to pursue other interests of yours.

Agreed.

Become a pokemon master. You have got to catch them all though.
