i have this trojan called gadcom. it won't let me delete the folder or end the process. any ideas? it's in my windows system32 folder hidden deep. i know how to locate it but how do i delete it?

i tried that, but it said it was read only, and when i changed the attributes to not read only, it still didn't work. this is a tricky bastard. and how do i reboot in safe mode?
