The TB8 has pole pieces spaced more appropriately for a Strat, but it's really not too critical. The E strings will be a little outside the pole pieces on the regular invader, which will probably change the tone some, but lots of people use standard humbuckers like that. If it was any problem, you could probably just raise the outer pole pieces some.

what im saying is... Is it ok to have a regular SH-8 in a strat? cuz they dont make a TB-8 im jw how he did

It IS ok, the pole pieces are just going to be a little closer together than the strings. This means your D and G strings might be a little louder than your outer strings, which can be fixed with adjustable pole pieces, but otherwise it's no problem.
