I need to tune my guitar to 1-D# 2-A# 3-F# 4-C# 5-G# 6-C# but I don't have a cromatic tunner. How can I do this?

put a Capo on the first fret and tune it to standard and then put the Capo in the 2:nd fret and tune just the lowest string to E

You could also get something like guitar pro, even the free trial of it, then tune to that.

Start in Standard tuning.

Then to tune your low E to C# fret it at the eighth fret and tune it to the open A string. Or alternatively you can tune the low E string to the A string fourth fret.

Once your E string is tuned to C# fret it at the seventh fret. This will be a G#/Ab. Tune your a string down to this pitch.

Then once your A string is tuned to G# fret it at the 5th fret (this will be C#) and tune your open D string accordingly.

Then fret the downtuned D string at fret 5 and tune in the open G string.

Then fret the downtuned G string at fret 4 and tune in the open B string.

Then fret the downtuned B string at fret 5 and tune in the open high e string.

Viola! Your guitar is tuned.

Practice learning the notes along each string. Then you can tune any string to any other by fretting the right pitch.
