In "Stay Together for the Kids" by Blink-182, there's this weird ambiance noise in the beginning, kinda reminds me of chains. Does anyone know what that is supposed to be, represent, or symbolize. And please don't reference the video in your reasoning. All bands write, record, and usually release all of their songs before their videos.

That's a hi-hat.
If I cut off your arms, and I cut off your legs, would you still love me, anyway?

oh and put this in PopPunk/Emo
As much as I love them, blink isn't a true punk or ska band.

Yeah I wasn't taking the time to dig through forums to find the right one. I just was asking a question.

And there is no way that is a hi hat.l
