you can buy freeview thigns from most PC shops
jus plug the arial in and open the program, and you get TV!!

you would need a seperate cable box, with an analog or digital tuner.

unfortunatley computer monitors don't have ntsc or atsc tuners built in, if you have a digital box for digital cable or sattelite you should be able to figure out a way to hook it to that, other than that you may be able to purchase a seperate box that is just a tuner at your local electronics shop. Or you could just buy a tv.

Or just an adapter, depending on what inputs your monitor already has, and if you wanna use it with freeview or whatever.
