I know that there is already a thread for a chillout mix, but since it's a little dated, I'll make a similar one.

What mix of songs do you like to sleep to?

Here is my favorite sleep/chill mix:

Nude -Radiohead
The Boy who blocked his own shot -Brand New
Comfortably Numb -Pink Floyd
Blackout -Muse
Let Down -Radiohead
Hyper Chondriac Music -Muse
The Background -Third Eye Blind
Wish You Were here -Pink Floyd
Jesus -Brand New
Shine Acoustic -Muse
Fix You -Coldplay
Narcolepsy -Ben Folds Five
Your Hand In Mine -Explosions in the Sky
I Am The Highway -Audioslave
Even Rats -The Slip
Us And Them -Pink Floyd
Hallelujah -Jeff Buckley
Pachuca Sunrise -Minus the Bear
Where is my Mind? -the Pixies
House of Cards -Radiohead
Echoes -Pink Floyd

Let's hear them!

I can't listen to music and sleep, I get too into it and go into this weird state where I'm not awake, but I'm not asleep, I'm merely listening to the music. It's cool, but I'm still tired when I wake up.

Hellbilly Deluxe- Rob Zombie

I once told a Metallica fan I liked Megadeth, and he stabbed me 42 times.

Anything Brand New or Pink Floyd. I've tried BTBAM, but they're too progressive, it keeps me up because I can't get in a groove.
Also, the sound of silence. Not the song.
#16
Crosby Stills Nash and Young - So Far (Greatest Hits)
Lorenna McKennitt - Parallel Dreams
George Michael - 25 (Disc 2) (Greatest Hits)
Meatloaf - Bat Out Of Hell III
Garden State Soundtrack
Bob Dylan - Desire
Neil Young - Rust Never Sleeps
Pink Floyd - Wish You Were Here

My metal/punk music just can't put me to sleep. To be honest, even Meatloaf is a little hard for my sleeping taste.

When music is playing I kind of get paranoid.
I have this bad habit of tuning it out, falling half-asleep, then waking up and the song starts to sound suddenly louder and it trips me out.
#33
Early Dimmu Borgir or In Flames... dunno why but I can really relax and chill out to it which might seem a bit weird to some people. Also Porcupine Tree's new albums I've found to be quite good for sleeping.

Can't sleep with music on. I do sleep with the window open usually, the sounds of passing cars, people talking late at night outside and such makes me sleep better. Don't really know why.
<Omri> I love trannys too..

I like to sleep to "Dandelion Wine" by Dreadnought off the UG album "What's Next?".

It's just really calming and makes me happy and sleepy. I doubt he'd be pleased to hear that though.
