Congrats on being totally vague.

What genre of music do you play?
Do you have any body styles in mind? Rhoads, V, Explorer, Les Paul SG etc?

Epiphone Les Paul Standard w/ SD Alnico Pro II's
Fender Aerodyne Telecaster & Stratocaster
Marshall JCM 800 4104 combo

Neither of those companies really make anything that's worth buying in your price range, if you wany a Les Paul type then get a Vintage V100
Actually called Mark!

^ +1, or something like a yamaha pacifica 112 for a superstrat.
I'm an idiot and I accidentally clicked the "Remove all subscriptions" button. If it seems like I'm ignoring you, I'm not, I'm just no longer subscribed to the thread. If you quote me or do the @user thing at me, hopefully it'll notify me through my notifications and I'll get back to you.

I'll have to put the Classic T models on my to-try list. Shame the finish options there are Anachronism Gold, Nuclear Waste and Aged Clown, because in principle the plaintop is right up my alley.

Presumably because the CCF (Combined Corksniffing Forces) of MLP and Gibson forums would rise up against them, plunging the land into war.

Don't be fooled by brand names, when you're at a budget like this, look for good guitars.

Wouldn't bother with a Jackson £250 or under, it'll suck..
Maybe try an Epiphone G400 preowned if you want Epiphone.

Epiphone Korina Explorer
