i play a squire mb-4. i've had it for about ... 10 months. and i'm getting a fair amount of buzz on the E and A strings before the 7th fret. i've messed with the action but still buzzes. i thought it was just cuz i moved from stand. tuning to D stand a month ago. but i went back and still buzzed. i'm thinking of messing with the truss rod but i'm just checking to see if it could be anything eles before i **** it up and chuck it out the window.

take it to a shop, they'll probably shim the neck.
