I really need your help Im installing a wireless network in my house to a computer in my dads shop, about 75 feet from the modem. The USB modem is recognizing the router connected on this computer now, but it says that I dont have internet on my dads computer or it cant connect or something like that so if yall can help me I would really appericate it, oh and its a Linksys G router and the usb is a Linksys Wireless component thing sorry I dont know anything about computers

Chances are that the router hasn't been setup to allow access to the internet.

Few question:
DSL or Cable?
Which brand modem?

Hardware issues are a bit tough servicing over the internet, but..

Ok so your internet should go like this.

Internet (DSL/cable) --> modem --> router --> computers.

Is the computer you're on now WIRELESSLY connected? Or physically connected?

Sweep and double pick to glory my friend. The phygrian dominant is easy to switch in and out of on the upper strings (E/A, tuned to C/F on mine) or for the lower strings and high pitch I'd go for the harmonic minor, with plenty of squellies.

WTF is a mode lol its metal.

Excuse me?

actually, you'll have a less stable network with N (if things haven't changed completely in the last two months) than G. I'm thinking MIMO.

but, ok, it's a linksys? Plug everything in the way it says. With the computer that's plugged into the router go to the internet address 192.168.1.1 The login is Admin, password Admin. You can set up the security, make sure the router is set for broadcast and works with your internet.

Then, once that's set up, from the computer with the USB device, plug it in, install it with the install wizard, click on the two computers in the lower right hand corner that look connected, find the network and go!

simple as that.
