This is sort of a weird question but can you some how fill in the extra pickup hole space like this spot...

Epoxy might work... Have you tried Googling "Guitar body filler" or something? That's probably your best bet.
Whats a sig?

you can fill em but it wont look any good unless you plan on putting a pickguard over it

Put a pickup in it.

But seriously I have no idea :/

that actually doesnt sound half bad
just get a cheap one and dont wire it in
it can just sit there for looks
and if you use metal picks take advantage of the magnets as pick holders

Why do you want to fill it? That front routed body style needs a pickguad for attaching vol, and tone pots to. and pickups too. Unless you plan on frankensteining it and attaching everything with screws to the back of the routs. . . which in that case why fill the whole. . . youve got a travasty to all mankind anyway.

Honestly though, I'm curious. Why?

I might not now because i came to my senses and will probley just put on humbucker and then a pickguard but i wanted to only have one humbucker and paint over everything with a black and yellow bullseye.
