All I can think of is wood for the body, neck and headstock, hardware, pickups, strings, and the knobs and inlays. Anything else I am missing? Also, how much will this cost around?(Excluding pups and strings)

Dont forget tuners. the nut. various knobs, output jack, wires to wire pups n all plastic thing for pup switch, pup switch pots copper shielding. rings if its thu body Thats if ur going hardtail.

Double stick tape you will find many uses for it for attaching routing templates sanding blocks jigs all kinds of stuff.

minus pups and strings...... $300+ depending on sources and quality and etc. I budget $600 including decent pups for my builds including the occasional tool and nice wood.
