Yup, as long as the ohms match you're good. Just plug it into the 16 ohm out of the amp.

But, I wouldn't get that cab. Peavey tends to put crap speakers in their amps and cabs so it would be a waste to get that cab IMO.

Maybe look for a used marshall or get an 2x12 if you're looking cheap.

As long as the ohms match the jack then yea it will work. Might be asking alot to push that cab with a 5 watt amp. Be better off with a 2x12 or 2x10.
