The 2nd solo, specifically. I have a question for this part:

Full Full Full Full
) p ) p ) p )
----/--7---------/-7---------/-7---------/---
---/-----10^7---/----10^7---/----10^7---/--7-
-9/-----------9/----------9/----------9/-----
---------------------------------------------
---------------------------------------------
---------------------------------------------

Full Full Full Full
p ) p ) p ) p )
---------/----------/-7---------/-7---------/-7-
-10^7---/-7-10^7---/----10^7---/----10^7---/----
------9/---------9/----------9/----------9/-----
------------------------------------------------
------------------------------------------------
------------------------------------------------

You know, the first tough part of the 2nd solo. Where you hit the 7 on the 1st string, 10p7 on the 2nd string, and then the 9 on the 3rd string.

Anyway, how do you play that part? I've always picked the first string note downward and the 2nd and 3rd strings upward, and I've got it to about 96% of full speed, but I've been stuck at this point. I'm continuing to practice it, but do you think it would be easier to play with sweep picking? Or else, how do you play that part?

Sweeping might work, or possibly straight alternate.
