what's your budget?

what type of music do you play?

certainly you're not picking a guitar based only on it's flip-ability.

Jenny needs to sow her wild oats with random Gibsons and Taylors she picks up in bars before she settles down with a PRS.

Dude, I trash the stage with an Explorer.

And I'm only 135 pounds.

6'0" mind you, but 135 pounds.

It just depends on how much abuse you are willing to handle.

We sell 3/4 size strats for $99. Put straplocks on one of those beasts, down-tune it to standard (they come stock set up for 3 semitones above E standard) and throw it around at your will.

But really, buy a real guitar. Forget the stage antics, just learn to play the damn thing.

Get some straplocks, lift some weights.

Man the **** up.

I recommend an SG. It is only like 1 1/4 inches thick, really light, and sexy as hell.

He really said it all. Being crazy on stage doesn't catch the eye as much as a good musician.

But to answer your question. Gibson Sg. Its the lightest guitar I've ever picked up. Next to that tiny First Act thing someone tried to call a guitar. Yuck.

Edit: Dang guy above me posted Sg while i was typing.

A thin hollow or semi-hollowbody.

Or straplocks.
