Hey guys, I have a quick questions. Googling returned no results, for me at least. I need help with Gibson humbucker wiring colours.

My buddy asked me to wire up these two pickups into a dean he has.

Yes, I told with $300 he should get better pickups. Yes, I definitely told him to get a new amp first. He wants these pickups. In his Dean. Through his little practice amp.

OK? I know UG. I know. He is my buddy though, and I am going to wire these in.

I will use this Seymour Duncan wiring digram.

The digram makes sense to me, I know how to solder, yadda yadda.

TL;DR : I imagine that since one of these pickups is Seymour Duncan, it will have a matching colour code to the diagram. The other one is a Gibson pickup though, so is there anything I should know about how to wire it?

lemme make it real simple for ya, Øttər.

Gibson:
Red = Hot (connect to switch)
Green & White = Series Link (connect together and tape up)
Black = Common (connect to ground)

^ Thanks to both of you! Guitarcam, that diagram is great, I can refer back to it later.
