Hi. I have been a skinny guy for about 1.5 years now and i keep losing wait. So today, i have started working out. I started with a dumbbel of 12.5 Kg and did 3 sets of 15 each arm and 35 pushups. and i dunno how many situps. Now my question was, to people who also work out, how long did it take to see some decent results?
I will be having a good diet and im 17 btw
