Even though it's starting to get cold as hell outside my GAS still strong and I'm pretty sure that I will make a purchase pretty soon. What worries me is the cold weather that can damage the wood. Will a guitar make it, let say, one to two weeks out to delivery in +/- 0 Celsius?

Most likely, yes.

I ordered a guitar around this time last year and it arrived in fine shape, despite the low temperatures.
