Ok, so I just got my first V-style guitar, and I'm gonna get a stand for it within the next few days. I was just wondering if V-styles have their own type of stand, because of the design.
Heres the link to the guitar: http://www.bcrich.com/draco.asp

but i was also thinking maybe i could just build a custom stand for it...
sugguestions?

I think a wall hanger would be best, but I'm pretty sure they can sit on a regular stand.

Yup:

I don't give a shit if you listen to me or not

you can use a wallhanger, but make sure you don't get the fretrest one. The "off-the-wall" hanger is much better.

A proline stand, or any regular guitar stand will hold a V as well.

Why would you care to get a stand for such an ugly guitar?

This is also a good point.

Just throw it against a wall instead of putting it away, it will 'add to the effect'

Ultimate Guitar stands. Your can rest the inner parts of the V on the two front legs, so nothing touches the floor.

If you want a stand that you can move around instead of a wall hangar, go with this.

ive got the 100 (thats the 200) and i love it. great support as long as its got an ok sized headstock, very sturdy, and folds up to be really small. very portable and its the best stand ive ever used. ill probably pick up another one when i get my next guitar.
