definitely not worth it at this point, depending how long you need to be up for... but if you go to sleep now, the fact that you got so little sleep will make you more tired. If you can hold off, you might not tire till mid-late afternoon

Just make sure to stay hydrated and you should be fine. Dehydration can be bad.

stay up sleeping makes you realize how little rest you actually have had. Just make sure you eat and drink plenty!
