Jimmy Page
John Mayer
The Beatles/McCartney/Lennon/Harrison
Jack Johnson
Damien Rice

But it's hard to say that because there are so many off acoustic songs from bands like Heart, Guns N' Roses, etc... that have inspired me so much.
Duke Ellington - If it sounds good, it is good.

Mines very similar:

Tommy Emmanuel
Antoine Dufour
John Mayer
John Butler
Miyavi's Acoustic stuff

When I see these guitarists playing it just makes me want to pick up my acoustic and make something of my playing.

Exactly. They're my influences, not because I want to play what they play, but because just watching them makes me want to play to begin with!

if theres one thing i dont like its when big hot shots at electric step down of there thrown and do solos on acoustics. i just wanna look at them in there face and say "wow, real original" not saying the acoustic has to be played a certain way but it just seems so typical to try and solo everything. its pretty to do such a thing to.(in my eyes)

Django Reinhardt, Jorma Kaukonen, Mary Flower, John McLaughlin, Akerfeldt's acoustic playing in Opeth. I've never really had much use for learning their electric parts, however.
