Hey guys, I need the following questions answer for a science project:

(The nutrients are Saturated fat and Phosphorous)

1. What does this nutrient do for your body?
2. What foods are high in this nutrient?
3. what happens if you get too much/not enought of this nutrient?
4. Which are better, pills/supplements or getting it from food?
5. How much do you need every day?
