Dear UG,

I've been playing for a month and a bit now, and my three favourite songs are:

Gaspar Sanz - Spanish Dance - http://www.azchords.com/m/miscclassical-tabs-7415/spanishdance-tabs-75139.html
(Traditional) - Greensleeves - http://www.fretplay.com/tabs/m/misc_traditional/greensleeves-tab.shtml
Bach - Jesu Joy of Mans Desiring - http://www.ultimate-guitar.com/tabs/j/johann_sebastian_bach/jesu_joy_of_mans_desiring_ver2_power_tab.htm

As you can see, each one uses mainly the first three frets and is just alot of fingerpicking, making a really great tune.

Does anyone know of any more songs like this?

stevie ray vaughan - life by the drop has some cool little riffs on the first couple frets
maybe lynyrd skynyrd - simple man....
My Gear:

Epiphone Les Paul Standard
Fender American Strat
Yamaha Acoustic

Peavey Transtube Bandit 112

DigiTech rp350 (For Sale)
BOSS RC-20 XL Loop Station

Rock on!
Gimp - Supernothing

the tab is in misc. unsigned bands and you can google up the RISC Group Fansite to find the record. it's good.
Thanks very much for the suggestions. Can anyone think of any earlier music (pre 1850 ish) such as the ones that I posted that would work as well?
