Hey,

OK, so, I play bass, current setup is:

Bass > Boss Hyperfuzz FZ-2 > amp.

I however have not played using my amp or pedal for the past 2 weeks because one of my cables broke and only just got round to getting a new one. When I left everything it all worked fine, but now, the pedal does not work and I am wondering about help.

Basically, amp works, basses work, pedal is broke. I know this because the red 'on/off' LED no longer works when power adapter is used or battery, and yes I have tried multiple batteries and adapters. I can no longer play through the pedal whether it is turned on or off, no signal at all gets through the pedal so I can now only use: Bass > Amp.

I would take the back off to have a look inside but the screws are too tight and I may have damaged the screw head in trying to loosen it (any builders tips on how to remove tight screws?) but does anyone have any idea what the problem may be? could it just be knackered? could I get it repaired at all?

Sorry for long-winded-ness, thanks for any help you may provide!

Hmm, thought as much, anyone in UK know how much shops repair them for at all?
Only bought it recently and its a nice pedal, out of production, bought it from someone on here, so can't exactly replace it easily so don't fancy scrapping it

Thanks big pink sig man :P
